Why partner quotas slip
Many vendor partner programmes, reseller tiers and accreditation schemes require a minimum number of certified people. Keep the quota and you keep the margin, the leads and the logo; drop below it and you can lose the tier at renewal.
The usual tracking method is a spreadsheet checked once a quarter. Meanwhile a certificate expires, or the person holding it leaves, and nobody notices until the renewal check.
How SkillsLedger tracks it
- Define the requirementFor each partnership, set how many certified people you need and which certifications count.
- Count it liveThe current count comes from people's actual certifications and expiry dates, not a manually updated tally.
- See the gap earlyWhen a certificate is about to expire or someone leaves, the shortfall shows up straight away, while there's still time to certify someone else.
Ready-made vendor certification packs
The Skills Library includes certification packs for vendors such as Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, Cisco, HP/HPE and Dell, so you can add the certifications your partnerships depend on in one click and track their expiry dates alongside everything else.
Track tiers side by side, for example Bronze, Silver and Gold, and see exactly how many more certified people the next tier needs.
